  1. Agreement: By accessing our website, registering for services, or using any Aikya AI offering, you agree to the following terms.
  2. Service Scope: Aikya provides AI-generated video ads, social media content, training programs, and franchise opportunities.
  3. User Obligations:
    • Provide accurate information during registration or application
    • Do not reproduce, resell, or misrepresent our services
    • Do not upload malicious files or spam
  4. Course Policy: Once access is granted, fees are non-refundable. All content is for registered user only. Sharing, reselling or copying will lead to legal action.
  5. Franchise Terms: Franchise agreement is bound by a contract. Initial fee is ₹3,00,000. Income share is 50:50. Franchise misuse or false claims will result in cancellation.
  6. Ownership: All brand assets, video templates, prompts, content, logos are intellectual property of Aikya AI Technologies.
  7. Termination: We may suspend access to our services if users violate any terms, misuse materials, or create reputational harm.
  8. Limitations: Aikya is not responsible for external platform downtimes (e.g., Runway, DeepBrain) or tool malfunctions caused by third parties.
  9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Indian law. Legal disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
